What is Stock2Store?

Stock2Store is the trade-only wholesale storefront for Worldwide Confectionery's in-stock range — confectionery, snacks and drinks shipped direct from our Guinness Road warehouse in Trafford Park, Manchester. Do I need a trade account?

Yes — Stock2Store is wholesale-only. Open a trade account at /signup.html. We verify your email straight away and your account is created automatically; you can be signed in and ordering within minutes.

When do I pay?

Payment is taken in full at the time of order, via Stripe. The stock is reserved to your order the moment we receive the payment.

How fast do you dispatch?

Orders placed before 12:00 (UK time) on a working day ship the same day from our Guinness Road warehouse. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next working day. See Delivery for carrier + transit detail.

What is the minimum order?

£80 ex VAT. No per-line minimums within that order — mix and match SKUs to make up the £80.

How is shipping calculated?

The cart shows the live shipping cost (parcel rate by weight band, or pallet rate by zone) before you check out. See Delivery for the rate structure.

How do I sign in?

We use passwordless sign-in. Enter your email at /signin.html, click the link in your inbox, and you're in. The link expires in 15 minutes — request a new one any time.

Are prices ex-VAT or inc-VAT?

The site defaults to ex-VAT pricing for trade clarity. Use the toggle in the top bar to switch to inc-VAT if you prefer — your choice is remembered on the device.

What if the stock figure changes mid-checkout?

The free-stock figure shown on each product refreshes every 60 seconds and is re-checked at checkout. If a fast-moving line goes out of stock between you adding it to your basket and paying, we'll show a clear message so you can either remove the line or wait for the next inbound shipment.

Can I cancel an order?

If the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us at enquiries@stock2store.com and we'll process the refund. Once stock has shipped, the standard returns terms apply — see Returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship to UK mainland, the Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. EU + international expansion is on the roadmap.
