These are the terms governing trade orders placed through stock2store.com.

Order terms

• Stock2Store is a trade-only wholesale portal. Every account on the site is a verified trade account.
• Minimum order is £80 ex VAT. There are no per-line minimums within that order.
• Payment is taken at the time of order.
• Orders placed before 12:00 (UK time) on a working day ship the same day from our Guinness Road warehouse in Trafford Park, Manchester. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next working day.
• Free-stock levels shown on the site refresh every 60 seconds and are re-checked at checkout. If a line goes out of stock between you adding it to your basket and paying, you'll get a clear message at checkout and can either remove the line or wait for the next inbound shipment.
• Standard returns terms apply once an order has shipped — see Returns.
• VAT is shown ex- or inc-VAT according to your toggle in the top bar. Invoices issued at the time of order are the canonical VAT record.
